I was happy with the service at Hendy Nissan Salisbury because Amanda Stevens was very helpful (unlike my first visit that first day with James who wasn’t helpful at all and asked me to come back later!). Amanda was very efficient and couldn’t be more helpful.

I'd definitely recommend Hendy Nissan Salisbury to friends and family because Amanda (the salesperson) was very helpful from the start. I phoned up about a car I had seen and she immediately arranged a test drive with a deposit. When I arrived, I realised I had booked the wrong car (I wanted to test drive a Nissan Qashqai e-power) so she let me drive the one I had reserved plus the e-power. After that we looked at other possible e-power cars available and easily reduced it down to about 2-3 cars. Once I had chosen the one I wanted, she arranged for me to come in to test drive that one (had to be a few weeks later as was a car used by employee who was returning it). She explained all finance options well and offered one of the car plans (I actually bought all of them). I had to get the car bought by a certain date so I didn't have to do an MOT on my old car. She arranged this to fit my needs. On the day the handover was great, she had sorted out any minor issues and I drove away very satisfied. She phoned up the next day to ask how it was and I was pleased. Only reason I am not getting it serviced there is that I live about 1 hour away and have a Nissan garage nearer. Would easily recommend.

Their product knowledge was also good in helping us understand the new to us, technical aspects and controls of our qashqai. This went someway to making an informed choice regarding which trim level would suit our needs.
